                      I once had a girl who had two kids by the time she was 17 be my trainer at a sales job. It was her only job she has ever had, and her extended family were the original founders of the company. I was then to be her supervisor once the organization went through a transition only a few knew about at the time. I didnt understand the viciousness and territorialism on someone you soon will be reporting to, but whatever. The whole sales team i was on was all women, and it was a disaster hive buzzing away until my dumbass stirred it up just by being male.
