Gonna take my buddies quads out for the weekend and go camping. Wanting to go to the Red River and needing suggestions on places to go. We're loud and like to drink so not really looking for a "family" environment. Places where you can shoot guns would also be a plus. Ready...set...go!

I have been to River Run once last July. For a sport quad I wouldn't recommend it. I had a blast with the dfwdirtriders I went with but without 4wd and not much ground clearance I was constantly needing to be winched out.
With the quads you have list RRMT would be the better choice.
RRMT PROS:
2700 ACRES
TONS OF TRAILS for beginners to experts.
All kinds of riders from laid back to hardcore.
Technical trails, some mud in the creek, wide open sandy creek, sandbar and red river (ride at your own risk-OK has been known to give riders tickets and this is not part of the park), easy open trails
Covered picnic tables (first come first serve)
Cons:
no night riding
River Run:Pros:
More of a party atmosphere where the goal is to go through a mud puddle and not spill beer
Allows night riding
Free for all
cons:
can't avoid the mud
Will spend 20-25$ at car wash cleaning on way home
will throw away clothes lol.
I don't think any riding area that is open to the public is going to allow shooting guns. I think you will have to find someones private land for that.
