They do require surgery sometimes. We have more male patients than female patients with them and yes, most of them are gay.

If you're willing, I'll let you place the rhoid in your teeth and I'll heel kick you in the jaw. It'll save me the co-pay.

feel like a balloon hanging out your ass unless they get infected, then it's like your ass is on fire. learn not to strain hard when shitting. I rarely get them now but when I do, I use Neosporin ointment ( about any tripple antibotic ointment will work) put a glob on your index finger, apply it to the hemroid and gently push it back in if it's not infected. if it's infected and swollen just coat it with the ointment and hope like hell it's better in a few hours. when the swelling goes down, coat it with ointment and push it back in. Eat soft stuff for a few days, jello, soup, ect. it should heal up, no straining.

thank me later for the first fucking honest answer.
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

I thought about that yesterday. Gone are the days of partying, racing, working to buy car parts, now it's politics, ailments, and trying to outlast the other guys.

The condition was widespread in the United States Army during World War II. More than eighty thousand soldiers having the condition required hospitalization; [12] the average length of these wartime hospital stays was 55 days.[13] The condition was termed "jeep seat" or "Jeep riders' disease", because a large portion of people who were being hospitalized for it rode in Jeeps, and prolonged rides in the bumpy vehicles were believed to have caused the condition due to irritation and pressure on the coccyx.
