Here is the entire problem. The vandals finally received the discipline they needed and the parents can't handle it.
Concur. If he'd allow it I'd also make my brat be free labor at least 1 day a week for a very long time. I'd chip in my time and tools as well for my failure at parenting for at least a little while.
