        Learn from it, never be afraid to speakup to possibly save a person's life. The weight of you carrying around the guilt the rest of your life just isn't worth it. I know, I also have that guilt to bare. I have resolved to not put myself in that position again. Ever read Carlton Stowers "Innocence lost". Most of my familys in that book. Me, my wife and my oldest son. My guilt stems from that murder here in Midlothian. NEVER be afraid to become involved to save a life.

          He would have done it one way or another, delayed or not. You didn't do anything wrong, and need to accept that life owuld have likely panned out that way no matter what. Take the lessons learned and carry on, knowing how you can/will act differently again should the situation ever arise.

          that said, i'm sorry for your loss/heartache/stress surrounding this and hope you fully recover mentally.
