I have jury duty for the 2nd time in the last 2 years. WTF??? Thankfully last time I went in smelling like a bar wearing the same clothes from the night before last time. Anyone have some bright ideas on how to get out of it tomorrow? I didn't have the energy to go out drinking tonight.

my wife just finished a two week trial as a juror. much to my surprise they increased the pay to $100 a day because of how long the trial was. on top of that her work pays her if she has jury duty too. win win!Comment

Ask if defendant is employed and a contributing member of society. If not, you are not his peer and should not be there to judge him.
