I have worked 70 hour weeks on salary, but I've also worked 10 hour weeks and got paid the same. Whooptie shit, if you don't like it, it's easy to find other jobs.

This is pretty much my take on it.

We get paid well at my work and for the most part the hours are normal, but I've worked as much as 120 hours in a 6 day stretch from hell and I worked 28 hours in 2 days last week.

I went from Salary to non-exempt and I enjoy it way more. Not only did I get an increase in my base pay, I have a choice of OT or Comp time. I've been racking in the CT lately and it's part of my vacay pay for Hawaii next week.

When I was salary, I got bent over. Some times I would work 8a - 1a...
