Well I talk to quite a few members off here. A lot are my customers & some im just friends with & do business with cause of racing. But one re occurring theme im hearing is what is up with The Board?
Seems to be a lot of members think we have some members who do nothing but bash people on here & in turn at our age. Those members just don't feel comfortable posting cause their afraid their just gonna get bashed. Now I know that's one of the great things about our board is we can say what we want how we want. But its also a double edged sword & facts are we are losing members here lately a lot. Some of it was cause of the move from the old board & a lot just never found their way here & some just let that be the excuse to just let it go. The board has a reputation for it having a bunch of Assholes who do nothing but trash each other on the internet all day.
I started posting here cause of mustangs. But there is more to this board then just mustangs. I know my mom & Dad don't know any of their friends from back in their early 20 & early 30s. A lot of it is cause technology just didn't exist back then for them to stay in touch. But my point is. I would like to hit my 60s & 70s & still know a lot of you guys. But from what im gathering, At the rate the board is going. We wont have but a handful of members if we keep being assholes to every newbie & person who comes on here. I would like for my son Haddock to post one day on this board & know I was one of the first members & see this board live on through my sons generation. But its our job to make that happen.
