Five Star Ford Plano Blows!

Went there today checking out some cars and wanted to test drive the new 2011 V6. Some sales guy asked if we'd been helped, I told him I wanted to test drive the new V6. In a smartass voice he asks if this is for fun or am I interested in buying. He's serious too, acting like is this worth his time.

My wife and couldn't believe the way he was talking, I just said screw this place we will go to Grapevine Ford.

I don't care if it's one person, that person represents that dealership and makes the whole thing a negative experience.

I'll never deal with them for ANYTHING!

We were in Plano close by so I figured knock out the test drive. I've been talkin with Josh at grapevine, still looking around.

i am not in any way justifying the way the sales consultant acted, but you have to understand that if you are there just kicking tires, he could miss an actual sale by dealing with someone that is just there to look and drive.

he definitely should have acted in a different manner, and i am in no way justifying what he did.

i am, however, saying that if you planned on buying from someone else in the first place, why not go to that guy's dealership and knock out the looking, driving, paperwork, etc...

I have not planned to buy from anyone in particular, I'm looking at cars at any dealer that interest me. They had a couple and we were right there so I figured let's check them out. I've been searching for a couple weeks with a list of cars at different dealers I want to test and check out, today was just the 1st day I started hittin up the dealers.
