There are parts of mansfield ISD that pull from other areas, southern arlington being one of them. Mixes in some of the trash, and some appartment dwellers. I live across the street from Summit, and it seems ok, but there are better options. Where I grew up is 9% white, so most of the "nicer" areas look great to me.

This explains it all. I'm a teacher so when we by a house schools are the first thing I look at. Summit pulls from South Arlington all the way north of sublett. The area around the school is nicer but the majority of the other areas suck. Timberview has a decent test scores but its pretty dark over there and that leads to some problems.
Look South of Country Club and over by the Golf Course. There's a nice place off of Cannon drive for sale with some land. I'll see if I can find it.
