I'd sure like to know more about what kind of weapon he used. If it was maybe a .22 with subsonic rounds that didn't make a loud bang I could understand..but if this cop pulled out his 40 cal glock and blew these cats away at point blank range right in front of the kids and mom.....yeah I could see an issue with that.

Annoying? Sure. And with shelters full, if these are unwanted, then sadly, they do have to be euthanized. This was definitely not the way to do it.
It wreaks of a cop just itching to pull the trigger on something or someone. He probably was a 3rd stringer in high school football, and never got his chance at any action on the field. Now that he's a cop, he jumps at the chance to fire his weapon and create his own action.
I'm anxious to see Matt's take on this. Is he really gone for about 9 days?
