You mean I get paid to risk my neck and have to make split second decisions that may entail life/death situation, but if some Monday morning quarterback doesn't like the outcome, I get the wrath of frost... Not to mention not having any protections like retaliation offenses or enhanced offenses for assaulting this public servant. Yeah I'm sure everyone will be in line for that job. I think the supreme court justices have brainstormed enough and put a logical conclusion together already, cite Graham v Connor decision.

Keep in mind, this is also the same court that said that internment was constitutional and slavery was too. And that the Patriot Act was fine and Obamacare is a tax.

I always think logically. You just have knee jerk emotional reactions. Holding officers to a standard that they hold citizens to is just logical. If I did that to her for any reason, I'd go to jail. Same with the cop. Equal protection under the law, equal application of the law.
