I am going to buy and send my cousin a camera to mount on his helmet. Kind of a loaner for him to use and play with to record his deployment. The end of his deployment he will be sending it back to me so I can use it. He is in the Army and at a tiny camp in Afghanistan lobbing mortars at bad guys.
Looking at camera options and leaning towards the Contour +. I like the bluetooth connectivity and Android and iOS apps to start stop record and to watch. I like the low profile body and rotatable lens.
Anyone used one of the Contours? I know we have some GoPro users but I think they are too bulky for what we need.
