Who can notarize after 7pm?

I know a guy in that area who is a notary, if you still need one done ill get you his info.

First of all, keep notaries out of the light, they hate bright light, especially sunlight, it'll kill them. Second, don't give them any water, not even to drink. But the most important rule, the rule you can never forget, no matter how much they cry, no matter how much they beg, never let them notarize after 7PM.
