Retirement gift

Do you have any cool pics of him working or maybe one of him at work with some buddies/coworkers? If so, I think it would be really cool to have the pic drawn/painted as a gift.

Not necessarily a gift idea, but more of a comment that may spark some ideas. My grandfather wore a watch to work every day. The day he retired he got home from work, took his watch off, put it in his desk drawer, and never wore it again. He said "I don't need this anymore." When he passed my grandmother gave it to me.

Since i'm not having kids, when I retire I'll give my watch to naynay, since he's never really "worked" a day in his life.

What is this watch that keeps getting mentioned?

Seriously, I like the pic idea. I'm a pocket knife kinda guy. Not that giant frog sticker some carry, but a nice Kershaw or something he could carry and use. And maybe think of you when he uses it.
Or a trip, a trip is nice.
