This could be promising for me....I sold A LOT of shit through Ebay Motors during that timeframe. I had actually brokered the sell of a couple buildings worth of some good shit from an old guy that used to be a bracket racer through the 70's and also worked in a Chevy Dealership from the later 60's on until the 80's....he had a stock pile of parts, 1st gen Camaro cowl hoods still new in the boxes, complete cowl induction setups, had 3 of those rare Chevy II 327 blocks with the recessed oil filter (L79 I believe), he had four 12-bolts for 1st gen Camaro and 2 for the 66-67 Chevy II's (those are high dollar). He also had a stack (literally) of double-hump heads...mostly 491's and 492's, but also several sets of the 186's with accessory holes. A whole bunch of other cool stuff as well....that shit sold good and sold fast too.

I also sold a few complete cars, a boat, some PWC's, and various other stuff through Ebay Motors during that timeframe.

Going to be interesting to see if I get something from this or if it's worth a crap.

I don't think this has anything do with final value fees on selling automobiles because those are flat rate fees and not percentages.

Reading through the email.... it is clear that is only for " parts and accesories"

Why doesn't someone just call Brice over at Alamo Autosports.... he is the one listed on the suit. They are local here in DFW, Arlington i think.

I recondition headlights on most cars for $50.00. If interested shoot me a pm.

Yep, I've been doing business with him since 98.

I received it twice today for different accounts I had. I went to the link and entered in a fake email address. It came back as not being able to locate the account. I typed in the correct one and it brought up the name on the Ebay account. Hell if I get 6% back for stuff sold between 2005 and 2009, I might get some decent cash back. All the stuff I sold was mostly higher dollar stuff that had damn high final selling fees.

I've sold quite a few motorcycle and car parts over the last few years so I hope I get something out of it.

You'll get about ten cents when it is all over with. There will be millions of people on the list of customers. The attornies will get most of the settlement.

According to eBay’s calculations, which are subject to finalization and revision, it is estimated that Class Members will be refunded approximately 6.67% of the Final Value Fees (net of any previous refunds) they paid for these listings.
I got the email too. Might get a quarter out of this once it's all said and done.

I got the same email. And I did sell a vehicle between the dates mentioned in the email. I'm a little skeptical, but I wonder if it might be legit.

I got a $3 check. I'm glad someone stuck it to Ebay. They have been fucking sellers for the last several years.
