Weird. I just checked my settings and it used to be at 50. Now it let me change it to 60.

Full page on a pc. I don't use tapatalk on my phone because I'm a cheap ass and refuse to pay for apps. Hell, I've had this hand me down iphone for a couple years now and have two apps on it. Facebutt and Pandora.

Haha, I knew exactly where it was because several other forums I frequent have their default set to a low amount.

If what Jimmy says is true, maybe it is on 40 for VIP but not for others.. Now that would be some bullshit.

I would never have noticed the 50 to 40 switch if you fucktards hadnt brought it up.

It does help on my work computer, its incredible slow, and some threads take forever to load.

If you don't have it set already, removing avatars and sigs also helps speed it up.

avatars dont make much of a difference, but I have never had sigs on since the great canadian migration.

40 should be the max option on the full site, and everyone should be able to use it, I am about to cut it to 20 by default, and you guys can set it back to 40 as needed, some may like 20 because it will load faster, and it will reduce load on the server, on the flip side I am going to cut the search wait back down to 15 sec, which should result in a lower load overall. I should have never set the default to 50 in the first place, way too high from a load standpoint(hence the max user selectable being 40), my mistake.

Summary:default to 20 per page, you can change it to 40 in user CP, and reduced wait on the search/new posts.
