  • Multiple Alarm Fire claims Houston Firefighters life's

    Multiple alarm hotel fire in Houston kills four firefighter and injured several more. This has been a bad year for fire and police. It's been reported the entire crew of Engine 51 has perished. Prayers for our Houston brothers and sisters of the Houston fire department and their families.

      I hope that their families and brothers/sisters at station houses everywhere can gain some small measure of comfort and peace knowing that these brave men and woman dies as heroes...just as they lived as heroes.

              Stepdad pulled the last two out...he retires in four weeks after 28 years. Wouldn't let any of the younger guys go with him since it is hard enough of them. This is the worst year since 9/11 and its only May, lets hope this the last for the year.

              You know the three men and woman would have done it again even if they knew the outcome. RIP to the true heroes of this country.
