Who wants to get married?

So funny question that I haven't done a whole ton of research on but I figured DFWM would be the place to get all things odd ball, weird, and slightly inappropriate answered...

How can one become ordained easily? Couple wants to have a friend marry them and they are not the religious types.

Legit and Legal in Texas? No same sex business going on here just people that don't feel the need to get married in a church or by a person of the faith.

My wife and I did this. A friend of ours got ordained by doing one of the online deals for an hour and it worked without any issues. It was pretty cool since we didn't want anything real religious, just wanted it to be fun.

Ha, for some reason that doesn't surprise me. In my line of work I deal with local bureaucracies on a day to day basis. The amount of contradiction in everything they produce is amazing.
