Mckinney to Grapevine everyday twice a day. Sometimes on Saturdays too. My wife has the exact same drive. Our NTTA a bill a month would be $400 to $450.

I just don't understand...I was always told growing up that toll roads were a way to retroactively pay for roads/highways instead of the government agencies taking out millions in loans and raising taxes to pay for them up-front. Has this EVER been the case? If so, when did it change?
