kidney stones.... Start drinking lots of water itll help. I had the same thing happen and was on my way to ER when I called my uncle at rockwall county EMS. He said you can go but they wont do anything for ya and charge ya, or drink water and get ready for sweats and pain lol. After you piss it out it imediatly stops hurting

You're right, I'm not a MD and didn't sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night, but pain in the testes coupled with pissing blood and lower back pain lends itself to very few other diagnosis. With the onset of the heat and the fact that he works outside for a living, i'd say the chances are really fucking high that it's a stone. Like i said, i've been through this enough times to have a good idea of whats going on.

Pissing blood for my father-in-law meant bladder cancer. He thought it was just a small kidney stone also...my wife pressured him to get it looked at and sure enough it was cancer. Get that shit looked at.

This, and the reason you don't want to eat is because you're more likely to get sick and vomit under anesthesia, which will lead to aspiration. You should be okay with a sandwich or something small and light, but skip the burger and fries.
