Knocks me right out. You have to find the proper dosage for you. I think 5mg is my perfect. -
It worked great for me when I made the switch to 3rd shift after starting with the new company. Just take as directed. One caveat though, it raises blood sugar, so if that's an issue you already have, I wouldn't recommend using it.Comment

If you have severe insomnia it won't work.
