      looks like either a case trimmer or a de-burring tool judging by the way the cutting head looks...

      either way, that is a OLD Die, pretty cool

      the bottom looks like you could slide a case in there and then somehow drop the die down and trim your case...

      But then again, I am thinking reloading so I may be wrong

              the top post adjusts the bit max depth and the middle post adjusts the stop. Sprint car racers may recognize them, they are to hollow a wheel screw without the center hole fully passing though the core.

              Normally used in hydraulic applications. Think of a banjo bolt. Similar concept.

                  <--- never seen anything like that before. Nowadays folks go with tubular steel or titanium bolts. CHOOOCHOOOOOOO$$$$$
