What's your favorite work boot?

Nordstrom has some decent work boots, thats where i got mine.

I got a set made by UGG from there. Similar to these, but the sole is a dark grey...and none of that fuzzy shit anywhere on the inside:



I was walking 5+ miles a day in my work boots. Needless to say Comfort was a big factor, and these things are as comfy as my 6 year old Kswiss

It is really hard to pick your boots from someone else's suggestion. Go and try on several different boots.

Double H are good especially if you can find the pillow insert line, though they are a bit heavy. Rocky has a line called long range, I had a lot of guys tell me they felt like tennis shoes from a comfort perspective. Most will find that a certian brand fits your feet better than others. I have had a few pairs of Wolverine boots and loved them but after switching to RedWing boots that's all I buy now.

I just bought a pair of Ariats that are pretty comfortable.

I wear these and have for 3 years now. GREAT oilfield boot. They only get more comfortable with age. Double H, made in America too.

Same boots i wore for years and years. Just a matter of chance but their steel toes always fit me great. Used to get them at monkey wards in odessa or the kmart in andrews.

Ariats are the most comfortable for me but I do not "work" that much in them. I had one pair of Wolverines that were bullet proof, another pair fell apart in about a year with much less abuse.

Boots are about comfort, get the ones that feel the best.

I have a pair of Double H steel toes but thank god I don't work in them. I think they are the most uncomfortable things I've ever had. I really like my Ariats but they are not steel toe. Black2002ls, are you still in the business or did you get that other job and quit?

I'm surprised you'd wear Chinese boots, but Hell I remember when you use to refuse to use PMs lol. I'll stick with my Justin boots.
