And it doesn't show 2017, when they decided to destroy it so they can add an extra hov lane they forgot about, carrying the project and funding through 2027.

Watch as it gets to 75. There's a single eastbound lane that runs up and then into the oncoming feeder from 75 southbound with just little "sticks" seperating them. Head on collision in the making.
