              Just drove from downtown (Dallas) area to Rowlett, pretty much just heavy rain.. Hard to go over 30-35 MPH for visibility and basically flash flood the water was up to the curbs on both sides most of the way.

                          The storms are still at least 45 miles away but the wind is gusting like crazy, 45 mph gusts, and out electricity is already flickering.
