well, guess they made a mistake discharging me from the old cuckoos nest cause I constantly hear a whole lot of fuck the police whenever the discussion is brought up...

You have a SHITLOAD of corrupt cops out there everyday that constantly violate people's rights.......and you dont think these victims wish death on the cops?
Obviously, there are some sick people who think about murdering cops for being dicks. Sick people surely exist. But it's not normal, and MOST people don't think that way. I'm not a doctor, but I am a sane person, so that's the platform from which I speak. And ya, it sure is unhealhy to think that most of the society thinks the way you described. That's a wiring problem, or a temper problem, or both.

im surprised also.....but then again, i also ask, why didnt he just say "hey man, it looked like you were speeding thru there so please try and slow down and be safe." or something like that......

that would a been a plain and simple problem solved. I would have said "sorry, no problem, have a good day officer. be safe."

there is no need at all to issue tickets for something they cannot prove, no one had a problem with, was in a safe area, etc.....but it didnt go that way. It was a chickenshit ticket and he fuckin knew it which is why he didnt add on to it.

          I agree 100%. That's pretty obvious.

what is funny as that my brother and father inlaw are both cops and they are blown away at what some of the rookie cops issue tickets for. they just shake their heads and say something along the lines of "fucking kids trying to prove themselves".

Define "they".. I have never contemplated killing a cop because I got a ticket. Hell, even if I got a ticket I don't feel I deserve. If anything I consider it Karma for the million other times I have overtly broken the law.

Either fight it or pay it, but either way, dwelling on something so silly is unhealthy.

15 mph is dangerous when you're driving a 1 ton vehicle on a public beach.
not to mention he has probably been dealing with the rest of those 400+ dumbasses all weekend as well.

Or you would've argued about how you weren't breaking any laws.

Most people think of fucking up cops that give BS tickets.

I'd take it to trial. Let them try to convince a jury that more than likely have been popped for the same thing, that you're guilty.

I've never had the chance to do beach patrol in FTW, so my enforcement on that subject is a little rusty..... My apologies.

Juries are usually instructed on making a decision not based on personal issues, but on if there is reason to believe that the defendant committed the illegal act.
