Obviously, there are some sick people who think about murdering cops for being dicks. Sick people surely exist. But it's not normal, and MOST people don't think that way. there is no need at all to issue tickets for something they cannot prove, no one had a problem with, was in a safe area, etc.....but it didnt go that way. It was a chickenshit ticket and he fuckin knew it which is why he didnt add on to it.

Juries are usually instructed on making a decision not based on personal issues, but on if there is reason to believe that the defendant committed the illegal act.
