          Yes, you'd have to pass the emissions requirements for that county, but that shouldn't be too hard. The Lightning passes every year in Tarrant County

          yes, if you had to file a claim, you would be kicked off their policy and the claim would most likely be denied once they found out. But they'll continue to take your parents money till then.
