    A 9 year battle won.

    Some of the old schoolers here might remember back in the day (2004) I fell off earth, I went through a divorce and obviously as a father It's my obligation to pay child support. My daughter was only 14 months old when we split. Through the years we both remarried and both have children. We always got along, never really any issues at all. Here and there we'd disagree but nothing catastrophic.

    Today my daughter is now 10, be 11 in l November. I'm happy to say I officially have custody of her. She has been with me for about 6 weeks now. It's the greatest feeling in the world to know she's home, here with me. This is where she belongs.

    I made my final court appearance this morning. It's done.
    Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!

        Badass. I had primary custody of my son from 8 1/2 months - 7 years old, then the ex gave up all parental rights to me so she wouldn't go to jail for failure to pay child support and not have to pay anymore (not like she ever did anyway).

        At 17 years old, my son and I are still inseparable.

                Baddass! I fought hard to get to live with my dad, and it took bruises on my face and the police to make it happen. It was worth it, too. Hopefully everyone is happier in your house now.

                        Grats man, I was awarded custody of my daughter about 4 years ago. It's worth the battle.
