So new years eve a no license having immigrant rearends my truck and shoved it straight into a telephone pole,, took it to a Ford dealership and the estimate was $8,200... I've spoken with the so called claims department once to make the claim and now I'm getting the run around with these people saying the # I'm calling is a third party company and they don't or can't release any info bcuz the calls are being transferred to them with all the bad weather they have got, they're based out of Atlanta Georgia I believe... Anyways anyone on here know how to deal with these people without getting postal????

That's bullshit... NO third party vendors are used to handle claims calls like that. Those are handled by the company who is obligated to give you their contact information....Originally posted by Vertnut -

Well today I called the dudes agent and they gave me ANOTHER 1-888 # to call and these people actuall actually took a claim report and gave me a claim #, they said an adjuster will be in contact with me in 2-3 business days... so I guess ill see wtf happens with these jokers... thanks thoughComment
