More often than I care to admit.

I usually only eat 1 meal a day too. And yes, I know that is terrible for me.

Edit: Hell, in fact, I just realized I haven't eaten today!

lol.. i start off with 4 boiled eggs and a pot of coffee around 7-8 am, i usually dont eat again until 8 or 9 at night and if i stopped to get a 6 pack or something after work/picking the baby up sometimes i forget all together. i know its bad for me too, but luckily im not losing any weight and i feel like im in the best shape or my life.

i do eat a lot of cheese through out the day though. like A LOT of cheese. we go through 3 or 4 blocks of cheddar a week.

I only get to eat about twice a day during the week. No way I'll drink on an empty stomach anymore. I'd feel like I was hit by a truck the next day when I did.

I just don't start getting hungry until late afternoon, but my appetite is easily lost as well. My problem is that when I do eat dinner, I eat more than I probably should. Not like binge amounts but more than 1 normal serving (pretty much always have seconds).

I am not in great shape, and am still a good 40 lbs overweight. Which is crazy since my caloric intake is pretty low on average. I just lead a very sedentary lifestyle, and my metabolism is like a snail on a stroll.

I need to start exercising again.. I was feeling pretty good, and about 20 lbs lighter when I was skating a couple times a week. But I haven't done that in a year or two.
