pride is a bitch.... Honestly though, I see no reason for Jose to start over. If its control, just lay out a formal contract between Mach1 and him and leave it a true 50/50. Unless this is about profits, I see no reason one person needs total ownership.

I understand how Jose got the bad end of the stick....but this place has already taken the place of the old one. Why start all over? The core of dfws is already here. All the old members, all the old friends. The only lack really is the noobs that no one really cares about. Dfws may have had 10,000 members, but how many actually contributed to it? 1000 max?

The "right" thing to do would be for Tyler to give him ownership of this board, and have the members who have offered up money to donate the money needed to reimburse the purchase of the name, and software. Then jose can work on the hosting and move the site where ever he wants.

because obviously that was not a 50/50 if the shit got pulled from under his feet. In a true partnership, one cannot make decisions like that because he is not a majority owner. If it were a true 50/50, Jose would be suing Chris for destroying the company.
