I am nearly positive the boat hull underneath that Fiero abomination is a Jet-N-Cat, which was made for a few years in the late 80's-early 90's. They had 50hp Yamaha 650 Waverunner engines and pump drives, but they were registered and considered as boats. The have a center console, and a seat that resembles something from a PWC. Under the bow they are shaped like a tri-hull but it smooths out into a flat-bottom towards the rear.

I have one, they are around 10' long and around 5' wide. I just started the process of setting it up for shallow-water fishing. It was the one I recently purchased that came with the other PWC with the screwed-up title issues. The Jet-N-Cat was the reason I made the purchase.
