Sold my old 20' Challenger to Dentguru last weekend for $1000....

I thought it was a smoking deal, but it was needing a little work...and he's a pretty good friend too.

I was looking pretty hard for an 18' dovetail trailer a few months ago and found Texas Trailer supply down by Manor. They had an econo 18' car hauler with brakes on one axle and 5ft ramps for $1700. I haven't heard anything about them and I still haven't gotten a trailer yet

I'd watch those craigslist deals. Make sure you get a title.

Looking for one myself, although I'm looking for either a tilt or rollback (ie- no ramps)

The problem with alot of the cheap ones on CL is these guys build it cheap, use used axles sometimes, wheels and tires, and aren't really sold legally. They get shut down, move to a different part of town, and start over, and over. No warranty, no help from them because they've moved, and changed name, and have no way to stand behind their product. Basically, you get what you pay for. Don't get me wrong, there may be a couple of them out there that are decent, but not many. Some of the ones from members on here are great deals.

I would let mine go for $1500.00 . The one I have sells for about 3k new .
