    True, but then again 100% of people die. Just because they fail eventually doesn't mean the owner didn't clear $300k profit for 5 years before the dick bartender showed up and ran off the customers. Unfortunately most owners are too proud to admit they are doing things wrong and end up failing instead of changing to suit their customer. That being said I wouldn't get into the bar business.

    Which Wich is pretty nice but looking at their locations they don't tend to open where real estate is reasonable. You can open a Subway in any strip mall in any city.
