Yeah, that was across the street from my bar. It's a mexican club now. My bar was called Break Time.

There are no Subway franchises available in the dfw area iirc. I'll get back with you Shane(eastside) when I get back home. I promise I haven't been ignoring you, justbeen out of the state & super-busy!

I had never seen a Souplantation until I was in Frisco on Saturday.

A wise man would put a Wingstop in Grapevine.

I'm guessing it's too late to get in cheap, but a casual dining franchise at Grandscape (the colony - grandscape.com, where they are placing the Nebraska Furniture) could be something to look into. Del Taco, Dairy Queen, and Schlotskys have already popped up in anticipation.

Roanoke shopping center has a pair of subways 100yards from each other,
and neither one is pulling it's weight.

Save your money and position yourself to get a medicinal mj dispensary as soon as Texas legalizes.

They are also fairly tight on how they expand and which individual they choose. I was quoting some buildouts for them and one guy had the rights for the majority of the area.

Wing Stop is good food, but way too damned expensive and, in this fast food world, takes way too long to get served.

                              Not for long...

It takes 14 minutes to cook an order of wings. The reason most places don't take that long, is because you are getting a pre cooked wing. It's cooked in some big food mfg facility, then put in a blast chiller, where they bring it down to frozen. Then they package them and ship them out. The restaurant doesn't have to cook them to 165 throughout to ensure food borne illness is gone. They only have to put them in the fryer long enough to retherm them. Wing Stop does not use a pre cooked wing.

The one here in Waco is a ghost town. I'm surprised its still open.
