Hell, I'm not against the idea of going for bigger things, but I'm not going to go into business with anyone that cant put up the same amount of cash that I will.
Subway is way over saturated. My issues with franchises are the constant money off the top that Corporate gets, and the crap food. Sure, you have built in marketing, but you have to buy their... Everything.
In reality, what do you have to spend? I see you want to stay between $100-150,000. Do you have money outside of that? You need to plan on being able to foot the bills for a year. Rent, payroll, food, utilities, etc. This is where restaurants, bars, and QSR's fail. They spend everything buying the franchise, and have nothing left for operating capital. You have to go in to it with the mindset that you're not going to make a dime for the first year. You might make something 3-6 months in, but you can't count on that.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.
