What about a Jason's Deli? Every one that I've seen is always packed.

I always thought a Sonic would be fun to own. The ones in Fort Worth always seem to be busy.

I know the north side of Rockwall could sure use some choices. About where 552/205 would be ideal. There is already a Subway there of course and a McD.

I couldn't imagine paying more than 35k for any franchise ever.

                  Go home Brad you're drunk

Avg s/u for a Jimmy Johns is apparently near $250k. McD's is around 1mil. Subway is around $60-$100k. Im looking in the $100-$150k s/u range. Not really trying to swing loans, would like to pay for everything in cash. Hell, I'm not against the idea of going for bigger things, but I'm not going to go into business with anyone that cant put up the same amount of cash that I will.

Have you thought about trying to start up like a big bar type deal? I know BradM did it and was successful but it was in Sherman and Sherman sucks.

Bars are a headache! I would say more so than the food service industry. I spent two years managing/running a few places and I learned that it takes a special kind of individual to survive that lifestyle/industry.

^^What he said, It seems 3 partners are the magic number to start and run a successful bar. I know no one that has the experience or investment capital to match me on one.

Subway has more stores than any other fast food chain.

Damn, someone just opened one in downtown Arlington next to Fuzzy's Tacos. Their subs are good and damn do they make them quick.
