Made the biggest purchase of my life

I closed on a house yesterday.
I'll be moving into a little 1,200sq/ft 3/2 in Burleson starting Friday.
The house is actually tilt wall construction, and has stucco-ish (only stucco in appearance) finish, kinda weird, but I dig it.

I was the only person in my graduating class to purchase a home, I was surprised by that. My mortgage is half way I'm paying in rent.

The only bad thing about living in a shop for the last 2 years is the fact I accumulated way too much shit. Now I've gotta move this junk.
5 cars and a 2 car garage. FML.

I got 3.25% and put 27% down (thanks 3 deployments). I don't think I'll need or want to refinance, but I really don't know what it does other than lower interest rates?
