            Congrats. My house is a constant project right now, but I enjoy it. Once the kitchen and living room are done we'll be able to enjoy it.

            Hope yours brings lots of pleasure.

                    The kitchen is bad ass. The PO's decided to move, then decided to stay so they dumped a lot of coin into the house. Then they "found their dream home" and put it up for sale.
                    The kitchen has brand new granite, a new $2000 convection oven and a new sink. The just spent like $10k (or something ridiculous) for a brand new Trane AC.
