If the title is dated, the only real way around that is to fill out an statement of fact stating that the title was dated in error. Its basically lying on a legal document but hey fuck it, you can save the penalties. As for the SPV, if there is one listed, the person doing the transfer is suppose to use that amount in place of the actual amount sold for unless it was purchased from a dealer or you have a dealer appraise it for less.
