I see your frustration and I get as pissed off as the next guy, but how are more laws going to fix it? Reckless driving is already illegal, and so is improper lane change and failing to yield right of way. Those laws didn't stop her, so would one more really do the trick?

Worth a shot. The bullshit she pulled only less than a second whereas the odds of getting caught chicken pecking on a phone and completely oblivious to surroundings are much higher.

Friend had to ditch his Harley twice within minutes of eachother a few weeks back because of complete fucking morons not watching the fuck out. Both were low speed and his highway bars saved him. One cut from the left turn lane, across his lane and into a parking lot, the other was a jackass turning right on red right after the light had changed.
