The wife is dead set on a GMC Terrain so we will be buying something new (gently used/pre-owned) very soon and I thought I'd ask if anyone here has one and if they have had any issues out of it.
They must be good trip vehicles. I passed about 100 of them on the road trip to New Orleans in March(not in a pack, they were just EVERYWHERE on the freeway in LA). It was weird, they were as prevalent as Priuses in Cali, so much so that I started really noticing them. As far as scientific data, I don't get a lot of calls for parts on them.
No but I have been driving around this sweet black TB ss with fake brembos and lots of plastidip decorations on it. I will sell it cheap if you are interested.

She seems to have her heart set on a Terrain, so I'm going to pass on the Trailblazer, but I appreciate it.

The Terrain is the same thing as the Equinox. My wife has a 2010 'Nox LTZ with everything but Nav, Entertainment group, and a sunroof. Ours only has 45K miles and has had one problem (failed AC condenser covered under warranty). No other issues and not a single rattle in the body.
It is very comfortable for long trips. I recommend the 4 banger over the V6 unless you are getting AWD. The 4 banger is rated at 32mpg hwy but we are getting 28hwy. We get 25mpg in mixed driving. My wife loves it.
Not sure if sarcastic or just missed the thread...
I saw the thread title on the Trailblazer SS being stolen but didn't really care to read it so I never opened the thread. Looking back, I have to assume he was being a smart ass and eluding to driving a stolen Trailblazer around and wanting to sell it to me. I guess I should have expected it.

That's all good information. Thank you.
We only have the one kiddo, and a dog that we take with us on trips, so we don't really need a ton of room, IE Tahoe, Expedition, etc. Their roominess, or lack thereof, was one of my concerns because I'm 6'1" and my little girl, who is 11, is already as tall as her momma.
That is impressive mileage. The Terrains are nice vehicles.
That mileage is impressive. The times that we have checked them out at the State Fair I was impressed with them. They do seem to be pretty nice. It's just hard to get an idea of a vehicle from only sitting in it a short period of time.
