                  the fueling from the factory is a blended model between the maf and the volumetric efficiency table (map vs. rpm).

                  speed density tuned cars have the maf turned off and rely solely on the hard coded VE table (it does use a cylinder charge complex to calculate charge temp based on IAT and ECT), then fuels accordingly.
