I think I'll put up an ad aimed towards the people who have tickets for the game but just need lodging, and not for someone to throw a party. Then screen them via phone down to a married couple, or a pair of married couples... then have my neighbors screen them in person, then get a deposit from them, and have my neighbors let them in, and be the ones to "check them out" and give them their deposit back, once it's deemed that my valuables are still there..... and have the garage off limits and locked and blocked.

And shoot for $1000 minimum.
