I have a number of a guy that has scammed 2 of our restaurants lately and want to try and find out a name if possible. All the sites (there are a ton apparently) I have checked require payment but they don't say what they found unless I pay for it. Does anyone have that capability here or know of a good site I can check? The guy says he is a Dr at whatever hospital is nearest the location he is calling and has the same story each time. I am just trying to stop this guy from scamming other places. Thanks in advance!

He claims he ordered for his staff and himself, 3 people total and that his order was all incorrect. I spoke with this guy a couple weeks ago for over 20 minutes and he knew quite a bit about our establishment saying he had been going there since he graduated TCU back in the day. Our original location is by the campus. He requests a full refund and another order placed right away that he can pick up. We aren't perfect, we make mistakes but I thought by chance this guy had been given another customers order by mistake but I had no other complaints about orders being messed up. I was nice and did what I thought was right in this situation and took care of the customer. He then called our Arlington location and had the exact same story and received the same thing.
