      Not like it really matters. It's all over the news, the damage is already done. The legal aspect makes no difference to him, he's loaded.

        On the radio thus morning they said they had two breath samples were .08 and .09.

            Sportscaster Al Michaels arrested on suspicion of DUI

            Sportscaster Al Michaels was arrested for driving under the influence after he was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Santa Monica.

            Michaels, a longtime announcer on NBC's "Sunday Night Football," was arrested about 10 p.m. Friday, booked into jail and released on his own recognizance early Saturday, according to CNN.

            "He was evaluated for suspicion of DUI, brought to the station for a Breathalyzer test, and it came out .08, which was at the legal limit, so he was released on a citation at about 3 or 4 in the morning,'' Sgt. William Heric told City News Service. "He was cooperative and polite the whole time.''

            Michaels is scheduled to appear at Los Angeles Municipal Court at 8:30 a.m. on June 26.

                haha im just trying to see if the guy has a brain or not. obviously if he gave a sample he's dumb. with the kind of money the man makes why hes not out in a limo on a sat night is beyond comprehension.

                  The same can be said for all the pro athletes that get a DWI or worse.

                    If he blew a .08 back at the station, then it's not like he was sloppy drunk when he got pulled over. Every other driver leaving the bars at any given 2am morning is alot more drunk than he was.
