Just listed mine today, we'll see what happens... I'm hoping for multiple offers this week, and ultimately above asking price.

The house next door to me sold for 12% over the listing price and over the country tax value. The bidders were quite serious as I was stopped in my yard several times and asked questions about what I knew of the property.
The house 2 doors down from me just sold for last years county tax appraisal, and the city is trimming 25ft off of the property to put in expanded road lanes.
I also had a prospective buyer reach out to me about my property, and it's not even listed for sale. I want to wait a little longer, because there is a new community being built 1/2mile down the road and that shouild stoke up the local pricing and get more buyer-traffic in the neighborhood.
A friend in Burleson just sold his house last week, at a price I through was slightly high, and is buying a house in Azle, in lake community.
Their house was listed on and off for 4 years, and just now sold at their number.
They also sold their MasterCraft X2 ski boat. So, the fun-money is circulating too.Jay Johnson

Here we are 3 hours after going on market and I'm accepting the offer that's being sent over right now for $9K over asking price with nothing conveying. I would've liked to have more but I'm happy.

It's been a tough appraisal market. I'm hoping the one we have an offer on appraises too. I offered 7K under asking price, and they accepted, so hopefully that helps.Comment

That's what's happening right now...crazy! If anyone is interested in selling, let me know...my wife would be happy to list it and/or help you find another. She's out of listings at the moment. 4 weeks on the market and no offers, almost 30 showings though.
