The person who was naked has been released, the suspect killed was shot when they had the shoot out he wounded and died at the hospital. The 2nd suspect got away during the shootout, he is described from picture from a 7-11 as dark curly hair and looks to be dark complexion white male possibly Arabic wearing a grey hoody.
